Clara is currently on sabbatical studying child psychology. We hope she will join us again in future when she completes her studies.
Clara graduated from the Ecole d’Osteopathie de Paris, a leading school in France, after completing a full-time five-year degree programme. She gained valuable experience working in Paris prior to moving to Canada several years ago.
Clara has experience treating a wide variety of conditions and injuries using structural, fascial and cranial techniques. She has a special interest in treating headaches and migraines, TMJ issues, neck and shoulder pain, digestive issues, as well as working with patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD and other mental health issues.
Clara also has a special interest in rheumatology and how rheumatological diseases can affect the body. The title of Clara’s thesis was “Osteopathic management of patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis” where she showed conclusively that osteopathic care plays an important role in the management of pain and disease.
Clara cares about her patients and connects with people of all ages. She enjoys working with families, children and babies. One of her goals during treatment is to educate patients so they can participate in their own healing, prevent further injury and improve their overall health and well-being.
Clara is an active member of Osteopathy BC and she issues an Osteopathy receipt.
Client Testimonials
Frozen shoulder:
“I want to express my gratitude for your osteopathic expertise in reducing the severe pain I was experiencing with my frozen shoulder. I was impressed by your understanding of the mechanisms of movement of my shoulder joint. I particularly appreciated that from the very beginning you tried to understand the cause of my frozen shoulder, which is often unknown.
You were always patient and listened to my feedback on each and every specific shoulder movement or mobilisation you performed. This helped me trust you and I am very happy with the result.
After 2 treatments I can now move my arm in a much larger range. Even though I have not recovered the total function of my arm, the pain has been greatly reduced. I will continue to work with you regularly to reinforce the good result.
I would not hesitate to recommend you to my friends for all their musculoskeletal needs. Thank you very much.”

Osteoarthritis:
“For about 4 years I have suffered from osteoarthritis and muscle pain in my right leg. Painkillers are not, in my opinion, a solution. I had several physiotherapy sessions as well as osteopathic treatments, but unfortunately without any effect on my pain.
I was advised to see Clara Weill and she was responsible for relieving my pain. From the end of the first session I felt an improvement allowing me to walk and move better. The next 2 sessions gave me back the joy of walking and moving about.
In addition to her professionalism, Ms. Weill is welcoming, knows how to listen and put clients at ease. My only regret is that she is not staying in the Paris region and I can no longer benefit from her precious knowledge and care.”
